G-Series Air Dryer

TX Technology, Corp. offers a series of three Air Dryers for pressurization of small and intermediate cable systems. Designated as Type "GS", the model 1250S* produces 1200 SCFD; the 1850S*, 1800 SCFD; the 2550S, 2500 SCFD.

Each model features:

An outlet capacity flow meter
Electronic moisture meter
A totalizing hour meter
A high capacity oilless compressor

The capacity of smaller dryers may be increased to meet your growing needs with kits available for easy field installation. Removable panels and doors make all Type "GS" components readily accessible.

TX's simplified design utilizes the patented heatless systems for dehydration that eliminates the inherent problems associated with heating elements and refrigeration equipment.

The "GS" Air Dryers are highly reliable and quiet. For ultra quiet operation, TX Air Dryers are equipped with "Quiet Sound" insulation standard on all models. "GS" series Air Dryers feature heavy-duty shock mounts that eliminate vibration and contribute to the dryer's quiet operation.

All units have been rigorously tested to meet TX's high standards of quality, durability and performance.

FEATURES

Ultra low sound operation - Unique panel design with standard sound insulation provides low noise.
Oil-free air - Reliable oilless compressor ensures completely oil-free air at all times. Oversized cooling fans together with simplified design eliminate excessive downtime in compressor operation.
Solid state humidity alarm - Signals an alarm circuit when humidity reaches 2%.
Low humidity operation - 2% (or less) humidity at 70° F.
Limiting flow governor - Limits the amount of air to the maximum rated output of the air dryer.
Accessibility- All panels and doors are removable providing complete accessibility to all components.
No compressor unloaders required - Compressor will always start under load.
Totalizing hour meter.
Output pressure gauge.
Output flow indicator.
Electronic moisture meter.
